Pauline Gibbons is a highly qualified, passionate educator with over twenty years of teaching and training experience. She has worked in both private and public sectors alongside multi agency practitioners and been fortunate to work with international leading practitioners. As a former Headteacher, she has teaching and strategic experience ranging from Early Years to Key Stage 3. Subsequently, Pauline not only has a wealth of knowledge and experience but an aptitude for delivering inspiring training for life long learning, at all levels.  As part of the Government steer group for re defining the standard assessments across England, Pauline has also developed an excellent understanding of what is needed to drive learning forward from an assessment perspective.  

Impassioned about staff development and motivation, Pauline focuses on training teachers and senior leaders to continue their  learning journey.  Using the latest research in pedagogical and educational developments, she ensures first class quality training.
